A House for Sale in Delaware

  Looking for some fun, they decided to visit Bob's brother in Mississippi. Along the way, the couple stayed with friends in North Carolina, where the B&B bug bit. For the next year, Bob and Carol looked down South for a place to open an inn. On their way home from one trip, fate took a hand.
   "We were trying to make the ferry from Lewes, Delaware, to Cape Ma, New Jersey," says Bob. "But it was rainy and foggy, and they canceled the ferry. When we finally to to Dover, we stopped for the night."
  The next morning , they decided to visit a town called Little Creek. "Driving down the road, we saw this house," Bob remembers. "Then we saw the 'For Sale' sign."
  The three story Italiante frame house was built in 1860 and had been on the market for several years. "They were talking about tearing it down'" says Bob. "That would have been a shame."
